How does monthly and annual billing work?
You can pay month to month or choose the discounted annual plan: Starter costs EUR 19/month billed monthly or EUR 15/month billed annually, and Professional EUR 49/month or EUR 39/month billed annually. All prices include VAT and payments are processed securely with Stripe.
Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change applies immediately, paying only the prorated difference. Downgrades and cancellations are scheduled for the end of the period you already paid for, so you never lose contracted time. No lock-in.
Do you offer a demo before subscribing?
Yes. You can request a personalized demo from the contact page and we will walk you through AnonDocs using your own document types: rulings, case files, minutes or reports. We reply within 24 business hours.
Will I receive an invoice for each payment?
Yes. An invoice with your organization's tax details is generated automatically for every charge and can be downloaded from the billing section of your account.
What does the Business plan include and how much does it cost?
Business is a custom plan for high-volume organizations: unlimited documents, users and profiles, auditable reports and priority support. Pricing depends on volume and deployment needs, so it is quoted individually. Contact us and we will prepare a proposal.
